Today I was having a bit of a clear out and managed to hump a washing machine down two floors of stairs, a massive old telly, a smaller telly and some other stuff by myself quite easily.
I remember the telly and washing machine took two of us to lift them and I managed all the way down, without dropping the damm thing myself!
I don't think I could have managed that before Christmas so I must be fitter.
I've also dropped back onto the Atkins so it could have been a protein rush, I suppose?

Well, today I weighed in and had lost 2 and a half pounds. A move in the right direction after putting on 2 and a half over the last few weeks since I first posted on here!
That's why I went quiet.Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

Well, I braved the scales today, after three weeks. I feel so much slimmer and fitter, so Imagine my surprise when I discovered I have lost ONE WHOLE POUND!!!!!!
