            • Lost this week 1/4lb! At least it wasn't a gain.
              current weight, 13st 2lb,
current target 12st 12 by 13th May (2 stone loss before we go to Spain, stopping at Vinstock on the way back).
Longer-term target 11st 7 by October, if possible 11 st by Christmas, I believe in looking ahead, onward and downward!

              • Decided to weigh in every fortnight now! *Of course this wouldn't have anything to do with me gaining 2lb this week, would it*

Time left to reach target: 1 wk - it's not quite going to happen, is it (slight unravelling of the diet in the last week or so with one or two 'extras' sneaking in... Hey ho, it's still best part of a stone...

Yes & a lot of encouragement from Madderbat.

With the money from not drinking I have bought myself a new Harris Tweed jacket(£160) & waistcoat(£50) + lots of other new(ish) clothes (charity shops)

Plus I can get into some of my jeans that I couldn't even button up in January.

                            • My weight seems to have stabilised about 13st 3lb. Hope it doesn't go up too much while on holiday, and that it starts going down again when we get back. I am taking with me a couple of pairs of trews that I couldn't get into this time last year!!!
