Can any bright grapes help me out here, please? As ever when I have a seemingly intractable problem, I turn to the collective Vine Brain to help me out! Our techie is really good with the hardware side of things, but I need an Outlook whiz!
So here goes - bit technical, hope this is clear...
I have done a VERY DOPEY THING with regard to my Tasks in Outlook 2007 & pressed 'clear' against the little red flag - on all the tasks. I thought that this would just clear the flag, but - NO - it has cleared the whole task and put it I Know Not Where.
The tasks still exist (i.e. they are not deleted as such), as I can find them one by one if I search for them in the windows search toolbar BUT they are not displayed in any of the various view windows in the task manager, or on the to-do list.
NB When I do find one of my cleared tasks, and open it, the flag drop down option in the top tool bar has gone - but if I create a new task, it is there.
Can anyone help me?
I bet that it's just a tick box or option that I haven't found - I've been through various searches, and the only thing I can find is 'if you clear the flag, the task will be removed from the tasks and the to-do list' but no clue as to how to reverse the process!
