Well, 10 days on and the plaster is almost dry, not a lot to see really. It should hopefully start taking shape in the next couple of weeks. The floor is the next thing to come up.....

Did you leave the kitchen in while you did the work, Big mally?
If so don't use a de humidifier, it will cause the furniture doors to shrink and they'll peel of the backing.

Bit late to the party I know - sorry about that.
We went through a similar (though nowhere near the scale) exercise a few years back. Tore the old kitchen out, and reorganised, supplanted with new.
It's a great feeling cooking that first meal in the new kitchen.
