Apart from the mess, it's really exciting when you have major work done like this BM. Exciting for us, we don't have to live in it, we can just look at the before, during and after pics!

Well, 10 days on and the plaster is almost dry, not a lot to see really. It should hopefully start taking shape in the next couple of weeks. Bit late to the party I know - sorry about that.
We went through a similar (though nowhere near the scale) exercise a few years back. Tore the old kitchen out, and reorganised, supplanted with new.
It's a great feeling cooking that first meal in the new kitchen.
