Ryanair have all kinds of extra charges! (but still end up pretty cheap). The worst one is the luggage charge, you only get to take 1 item of hand baggage (even if it's a handbag) for free, the rest are £8 each (or were last time we used them, probably more now).
They also don't book seats so the only way to be reasonably sure of sitting with the person you are accompanying is to check in early. The first few to check in get to choose their seats first......
For a shortish flight, it is probably possible to live with the drawbacks, but they ARE a nuisance!

dates.... 27- 30 May -inclusive ( ie Fri, Sat and Sun night and leaving Monday)

Peeps are welcome to stay for 'the duration' or arrive/leave at any point during that BH weekend.
(It might be an idea to let Boble know if it's not for the whole weekend though.)

Boble is back in the next few days- so I'm sure we'll get much more info re hotels etc then.

Help setting up/clearing up would be good- and a contribution for rental of loos etc.

A thousand apologies to those waiting on hotels.
Things are a bit tetchy round these parts and I've been a little busy for these last few weeks. I have also been extended to stay a couple of days longer too for my sins.
Promise, 'onest injun that as soon as I get home, (now the 18th March) I will go to all the hotels in and around and let you all know. I know I've said it before, but I really will this time.
The list has got a bit smaller, so there may not even be a need for portaloos, although I will hire a large marquee as a central point.

We're definitely coming. Fri till monday. Ferries booked and we have a cottage booked to move onto on Monday. We'll help towards cost of loos etc and will help with setting up etc........

OH is champing at the bit , wants to get his satnag set......and our wine lake needs replenishing.....

Re the loos, I am lucky enough to have a third bathroom at the far end of the house, with its own door to outside, so even if you all traipsed in and out, I wouldnt either see or hear you.
Will get the confirmation (ish) of numbers and then decide re portaloos. No probs with people using the bathroom for a shower though, as I said, I wont see you.
