can I get free seeds?

We are arranging a seed swap at work in March, as part of a "Green Champions" project, to promote recycling, reducing carbon emissions, grow your own etc. I have a few packets to put in myself but would like a bit of stock to start us off. Does anyone know if or where I can get hold of some out of date or unwanted seeds please?

Actually, I work for the council! but its a good idea - you have reminded me that last year the health improvement department gave some seeds away, I will check with them, thanks frantic furball.

A lot of my seeds come from shop bought produce. i.e Toms, Peppers, Chillis. It may be worth a go.
