Is there an RSS Feed?

Its so hard to click around and get the latest updates..

Just click on the New Posts and you get a list of everything which has been done since you last logged on. Not sure if this is what you mean though as have no idea what RSS means so am just guessing from the context of your question

Or if you are particularly interested in a thread, you can 'subscribe' to it - so you get email updates if it is added to.

Not at the moment, no, pbuk. But the forum software is due to be updated in the near future and that may be one of the new features, we don't know quite what wonders it will bring!

For the time being, as Alison said, you can click on 'New Posts' in the centre of the green band at the top. Or if you want to check threads which you've posted on previously, just click on User CP on the left of the green band, and that will give you a list of all your subscribed threads that have had new posts since your last visit.
