                Thank you all ever so much. Some lovely cake(s) and piccies which have made me smile muchly.

                Day was lovely though odd by most people's reckoning I guess. We drove to Cardiff where Madmax went to work for a few hours while I sat in the car and knitted. Then we went into the city and went to see Harry Potter then had dinner at Nando's. Picked up a bottle of bubbly and shared that in our hotel room then crashed out!

                Madmax has just left for work leaving me at the hotel to get more knitting done. I am going to catch the train later and meet him to travel to Bristol for a couple hours.

                      Thank you Bramble and Coreopsis I did indeed have a nice time, but then I am a soppy git and just love spending time with Madmax all to myself
