A favourite of ours was seen at the entrance to a camp site in Scotland - "wee totty tents"

My family are all from Cornwall and they always used 'put the 'ood in the 'ole, you born in a barn?' - only with a strong Cornish accent!! and used to get told off for gawkin' at people!

Similarity there then CF with gawkin. We had a vicar's wife who was nicknamed (by my dad) Totty Limejuice, haven't a clue why.
