Can anyone help me please? My printer was only printing the colour on my correspondence, so I assumed (wrongly as it turns out) that the black ink had completely run out. I have replaced both cartridges today with new and it is still only printing the coloured line in the letterhead! I'm sure there must be a simple solution, but I'm making myself dizzy looking for it.

FF, are you saying it doesn't print in black?
