Many happy returns as they say at Boomerang Inc., hope the rain was warm today.
(PS Good job you're a bloke, your bum doesn't half look big in that shed !)
There's no point reading history if you don't use the lessons it teaches.
Head-hunted member of the Nutter's Club - can I get my cranium back please ?
I'm afraid it's the bext biggie up from fifty but I still feel I'm nowt more than a lad and that's what's important. Thanks for the birthday wishes. Really thoughtful
Does that make you a Hextiganarian?
Many happy returns!
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)
Right, a final post from me on this thread and the biggest of thanks to everybody. I had the best day culminating in one of my favourite meals, - fried egg and chips washed down with a bottle of fizzy.
I have to say it was supposed to be my absolute favourite meal - chicken breast stuffed with camembert and wrapped in prosciutto ham but disaster at last moment.
The chicken bought from Tesco and still in date was off. Looked fine in the middle but outside was funny coloured and had a peculiar smell. Better half thought it best not to risk it so had to have second best. More disappointing for her than me, but for me, it is the thought that counts and the thought was lovely as is she .
