Don't have a problem with well behaved dogs (or children!) in cafes, pubs or anywhere else. Mind you, I'm the sort of dirty oik who will poo-pick at the field, then drive home (hands on steering wheel), probably pick my nose whilst driving, then make toast when I get in*.
*I wash hands when I remember, but always after the toilet!
