Having one of those days...

Just saw an offer (reading it in the title of the email) for the Saturday papers where you could get a free Honeysuckle Pashmina and pay just P&P.

"Great!" thought I, "Bound to be a pretty one and I need a climber for one corner of the garden this year". So I emailed my mum, including the promotional email - "Save the voucher for me!" say I.

She emailed back quite quickly assuring me that although it would be an interesting experiment to plant a pashmina, she was pretty sure it wouldn't grow...

And it's not like I don't know what one is either.

Anyone else having one of those days?

Tee Hee! That's exactly the kind of thing I would do!

Thing is, varieties of plants have such interesting names, it could well have been an actual plant!!

Like a Clematis "Honeysuckle Pashmina"!

Yeah, it's one of those wind around ones that are meant to be really soft or something.

Am definitely hoping for a better day today - at least it's sunny so I can go outside and do less brain work in the garden tying back blackberries!

I was looking at a DVD with a young lady on a walking machine & trying to work out what the picture had to do with Antilock Braking Systems so I asked wifey,she just laughed & took the mick for the rest of the day
