And here was me thinking that all these chemicals would change the refractive index and give us all sorts of lovely, unusual colours to the sunsets...they have decided to spray toxic chemicals into the atmosphere including, barium salts, aluminium oxide, sulphates and other nasty toxic chemicals in order to save us from the sun.

The very idea of any kind of organised governmental intervention on a global scale is laughable to me, although given lobbying by their funding bodies I expect that some Western nations would certainly go for the more traditional starting wars on specious grounds.
