I've no idea how many I've got but it's far too many, I have two boxes full & I've already given a huge bag to the local charity shop & lots of herb & salad leaf ones to my mum-in-law & every time I go in a shop I come out with another gardening magazine with a free pack of seeds stuck on the front (or2!)
Into every life a little rain must fall.

Less than 10. After a year of growing nothing or life getting in the way, my seed collection is sadly lacking.

Something I aim to remedy and will be buying seed spuds, onions, garlic and some bean seeds this week.

Just need to find the energy of 3 people so I can clear the plot, dig and plant all in one week!

Ye gods, it'd take hours to count them!!

In last years sale alone we bought 120 packets, and must have over 500 packets of seeds in total, some with a few left in, but most with plenty in! All types of veg, some fruit and a few herbs and flowers!

Can never have too many seeds, nor too many varieties of each type of veg that you grow!

Do we actually use them? You bet! Greenhouse at home already has over 200 peppers and chillies in it, 30 aubergines, 20 toms and gods alone knows how many beans, brassicas and herbs, onions, lettuces, peas and flowers!

According to my spreadsheet I have 246 in total but I don't think that includes all of them so to be honest it's anywhere up to about 300 (although some of these are self saved so I didn't buy them all!). From a quick count I think that 22 of them were flowers with the rest being veg / herbs etc

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

If you include the seed packets that I have for the various gardens I look after as well as my own, I suppose I have in excess of 350 - about 250 veg and the rest a mix of annuals, perennials and herbs - some self saved, some not. Then there are the 800 or so onion sets and 200 odd potato tubers, the 100 or so shallots, and the 11 blackcurrant bushes & the three gooseberry bushes that were grown from cuttings / layering.
I should add that most of these are bought each year and certainly none are over two years old.
