Think it was a couple of weeks back for us, the rain butt off the garage roof that I use the most is nearly empty.

We had a tiny drop on Saturday afternoon, but when I started digging, the ground is dry a really long way down

No proper rain for days, here. A little drizzle one day, but that was over a week ago. It has been forecast for Wednesday and Thursday this week, so it'll probably be sunny!

We need it here too... The 2 beds I've dug in the last few weeks are now full of big, dried out clods cos the OH lent the rotovator to a friend and hasn't got it back yet, and the beds are too big to rake...

We're supposed to be getting some at the end of the week, and I really hope it materialises so I can get my onions, garlic and spuds in!

Can't remember the last time it rained here either. My beds are dryyyyyyyyyy. Put my earlies in and even when you dig down it's really dry. Butts nearly empty too.

I don't like to say it either but we could do with some of the wet stuff here too.

Despite my OH telling me it rains every day in this country - he must mean in the summer!

It's been a couple of weeks here, I had to water my pots at the weekend. It must be because we finally set up a waterbut, its not rained since grrr

Its been so long I nearly lost my Bamboo to drought - I was shocked.

My clay (I refuse to call it soil) is solid and I've started watering the garden. I was going to put fish in the water butt, however I need it more for the garden.

Bonkers. The local farmers won't be happy - they were watering fields this early last year and then couldn't bring the crops in cos it was too wet later in the year.
