cosmic ordering got me a barbeuce sauce and chips from the chinese. I've wanted one for ages - I live about 90 miles from it - but it's the best barbecue sauce i've ever tasted, and I always ask for extra.
Went to see my parents this weekend, and what should my mother suggest for supper as a treat? Result!!!Comment

I was getting very fed up with a previous job, and was thinking I could do with a serious break - careful what you wish for, the very next day I fell over and broke my foot - I ended up being signed off for 2 months!! Now that was a 'serious break'.Comment

Yesterday, my son got a job in a bar - it mightn't sound much but he's been in France about 9 months and has got this () close to jobs a few times but they didn't happen. Needless to say, he needs the money at this stage.
He'd tried to get a job in this bar months ago, they were very nice to him but said his French wasn't good enough - a further bonus is that obviously his French has improved as they've taken him on now.
