No sugar in my tea, strong, with a splash of milk.. depending on how big the cake is, and how much I'm allowed I may need another cup afterwards (btw, OT but have you ever noticed how if you have 2 cups of tea in a row - such as in this situration (i..e you're eating a whole cake) the 2nd one is just never as good as the first?)
