  • Not much longer.....

    ....until the clocks go forwards.
    Next Sat night/Sunday morning can't come soon enough!!
    Sunset after 8.30 pm! ......8 days to go!!

              Hurrah! More light, warmth...the SAD will lift.

              Here's a thing I read recently: that sleeping (or rather, dreaming, too much might cause or worsen depression. Depression is usually worse in the winter. It's cold, dark, I can't garden, so I sleep more. As an experiment, I've been cutting my sleep (gradually) from 9hrs to 6. It seems to be working...and I feel LESS tired, not more.
