London Marathon

Does anyone know what time the London Marathon site opens to apply to run next year? I know its today, I stayed up until 1.45 last night and tried again at 6am.
I've never been online this early before!

It's open now! but daughter wont get out of bed to register! I've stayed up half the night for nothing!
