The U and the O do not appear in that form in Arabic names - you have a translated phonetic spelling so both are right.

And to be honest I don't think it really matters how you spell his name, often get my second name spelt wrong but it doesn't change who or what I am . Whilst I'm confident that he was mixed up in all sorts of things, the premature death of anybody is never a good thing and I'm sure that there is more to this than we'll ever know. There may or may not be truth in conspiracy theories but I'll never be able to prove them one way or another so it's really not worth getting worked up over. There are many important things that I can influence and I'll concentrate on those at the moment.
