Had a reet nice couple of days - a 'mystery benefactor' sent me an Amazon voucher; wasn't sure if the name omission was an accident, so I posted on my FB and enquired of friends & family if it was any of them, but no-one seems to be admitting to it?! So if it was one of you lovely lot - thank you very, very, very much. A lovely thing to do, and perfect for a read-a-holic doing a Lit degree
Then Pops took me out for lunch 'up-the-dale' yesterday (Fish medley with sauteed potatoes), and for a pootle round the lanes, including a nosy at this house: Friars Head:: OS grid SD9357 :: Geograph Britain and Ireland - photograph every grid square! which is in Winterburn.
Today, I've been out for lunch with me mate Dawn (lovely peppered rib-eye), and then to LBS Garden Warehouse where I got plants, seeds, plant labels and a deep-root weeding tool thingy
I'm sat now eating fudge and choccies, and admiring my new trainers that I got off the kids. Fabluss!Comment
