  • Golfer "Save Ballesteros" Has Died Aged 52.

Seve Ballesteros, the legendary five-time major winning golfer, has died after losing his fight against cancer. A statement say's " Today, at 2.10am Spanish time, Seve Ballesteros passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Pedreña."
He was 52. This is a very sad lose to the Golfing community and to the sporting world.

My thought and prayers are with his family.

He was a genius, maverick and the most charismatic golfer ever. He had a magical aura around him. God bless him.

    This is a tragic loss.

Very sad news. He was far too young.

I have just read this, very sad. I had a friend whose son died from the same cancer at the age of 15. His diagnosis to death was the school summer holidays, awful heartless disease.

Thoughts to all his family x

Genius with a stick. As Peter Allis has said this morning "I will always remember that smile. When Seve was in a good mood the whole world was happy."

RIP Seve, you gave me many many happy moments and memories.
