    • I've just read through the whole of this thread and it has made me realise how meager my seed collection is (this is only my first year though). I've got some serious buying to do in order to catch up. Wheres that catalogue?

      • I've got RSI LJ so I look in catalogue first and then shop on internet. I've just spent a few quid with Real Seeds buying more tomatoes, a pretty yellow one and a pretty orange one purely to add colour to the lottie you understand.

Lol! I found the answer to that one Alison, I rushed back from work to the local Wyevale, and arrived litterally as they were shutting the doors, pleaded that all I needed was some compost (3 bags for £10), and they just let me pay for that, so I was spared the chance to even look at seeds! Yay! I managed to go to a GC and not buy seeds! (Mind you, I'm sure it wont last, planning on going for a look tomorrow night, after work, only for a look, you know......... )

          • Anyone worked out how it happens yet? I went to Wilkinsons for a wine kit and some hose connectors - managed to buy a packet of cress seed and chantenay carrots (how deep does the soil need to be for those?)

                      • Oh hell, just got am e-mail from T&M saying that they're selling seeds off at half price until the middle of May - and I was doing so well, have only looked for a few weeks now...................

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

And what if I did buy a pkt of Sunburst Patty Pans from Lidl yesterday? I had to have them, they were calling to me!
