I've put a stone on over winer but with all the digging & planting I should lose it again.

I'm one of those mad people who pays money to go to a gym-nausium, I guess I get the best of both worlds in that case. Gym to strengthen my back (specific exercises that need to be done there), and then gardening to help the wellbeing bit.

Some days -Sundays in particular, I go to the gym at the crack of a sparrow's, and then pop in to the plot on my way home.

Just bought two large terracotta pots from the garden centre.

"Would you like a hand with them" the Assistant asked. "Nae bodder" I replied, "I can manage - its just a couple of pots".

......... I've just about got my back into shape again, the knees can't cope with the stairs yet and I'm still peckin (puffing) when I walk.

                      Nice pots though!
