Ooooh I'm gonna have to try grapes in a salad, sounds lovely.

This afternoon I had mixed leaves, grated courgette and carrot, pistachio nuts, olives, sprouted beans, peas, rocket, parsley, chives, turmeric rice and pomegranate with a strawberry balsamic dressing. Was very yummy

Would I? Actually very often I call people back to ask them how far they got before I asked them to come back. Losing it innit.

Here is a favourite of mine from way back:

            Carrot and Apple Salad
Equal amounts of grated carrot and grated crisp green apple
dress with mayo mixed with plain yoghurt
can slso serve with grapes or raisins, walnuts - whatever you fancy.
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?
