Stupid inefficient insurance broker staff. READ the bl**dy email, and RESPOND to it. DON'T just keep sending me the same bl**dy message by letter, email and text. No wonder you have to charge us all so much - do the job properly, and you'll save the company money FFS.

EX husbands who cant be arsed to turn up to his son's 30th birthday meal with family as he is too busy gliding, you can do that any day. Son is only 30 once. His loss and the eveening was all the better without him and his stupid ex wife ( n0 2 ) who cant let go.

idiots who set off a car alarm at 1.30 am causing me to get up to check if it was my car which it wasn't because it's still at the garage waiting for me to collect it after it's MOT yesterday. Didn't get back to sleep again till after 4.00pm and shattered today . Didn't book work in today in case car needed repairs so able to indulge myself here for a while though

Not impressed with the vines habit of repeating the last word of the first line of a sentence at the beginning of the second line.
At first I thought it was my fault but i've noticed quite a few replicated words on other peoples posts!

Forgive me, but I am so pleased you have that problem Snadger, I thought it was only me! When we first changed to a different server I reported it, but thought I was the only one.

My rant? People who have barbecues in a very built up area and play their music too loud. I wouldn't mind so much if it was decent music ......

Network Rail! Doing "improvement works" on the small village station that is probably 3-400yds from our house - extending the platform apparently (quite why I will never know, as there aren't that many people who use the station - not enough to warrant the need for a platform to cater for 12 carriages anyway).

I digress.

They sent us a letter stating that due to the close proximity of the work to the track, they would need to carry out these works overnight mainly, and at weekends when the lines are quietest to maximise safety for their workers. Ok, fine I thought. They'd given us assurance that they would minimise the noise and inconvenience to residents.

Then the beeping started - Sunday afternoons mainly, as the trucks/track moving equipment moved backwards and forwards. Beeping every 30 seconds or so as the machines manoeuvred into position.

Drove us crackers.

However, that was nothing in comparison to the banging and clattering that has occurred on a number of nights recently - this morning at 2:30am being the latest example. The sound can only be described as someone throwing sheet metal onto a pile of more sheet metal. The noise was so bad last night that it woke us all up - we had to close our windows (nice on a sticky night like last night), yet we could still hear it.

More than a minor rant I know, but I could go on.

I'm tired, fuming, and mightily annoyed.

Was tempted to get up and go round and shout at the dudes working, but LadyWayne convinced me otherwise.

OH who is retired and is (allegedly) a 'househusband' - has not cleaned the en-suite bathroom (which he uses exclusively) for weeks! It took me an hour yesterday JUST to clean the shower and this is my HOLIDAY! Aaargghhh!
