"New lower price" sultanas at Aldi's. They were 99p - now 85p. They have noticed that Morrisons are 84p thought I.

Not until I was weighing out for a recipe today, did I realise the weight is now only 400g - not 500g as before

At least 30 years. Although we used to do 'Penny for the guy' rather than trick or treat.

Yes, we did that even longer ago than that, but there was never the veiled threat of "something nasty " if people didnt hand over, which is the menacing part percieved by many elderly/vulnerable people when confronted with the current trend.

A few weeks ago, the student eejits upstairs flooded their kitchen, which formed a giant water bubble on the ceiling. We burst it carefully with a stick, to stop it exploding everywhere, and today I just found a lovely healthy looking mushroom growing neatly out of the hole in the paint...

That makes 3 rooms in the flat with mushrooms growing out the walls, and the landlord won't do anything.

Getting to school on my bike, then finding that "someone" had borrowed my lock and not put it back in the pannier. I had to leave bikey unlocked all day, luckily it was still there to take me home again.

My stoopid darn neck/back. I've been trying to sleep on my back to relieve the constant pain in my rhomboids* but that gives me severe pain in the neck. Real, actual pain in the neck, as opposed to metaphorical pitn
6 Co-Cod, no effect.
So I have just wasted another £20 on another book by another doctor promising me pain relief ... it was either that or stick sharpened kebab skewers in meself in some kind of self-administered acupuncture
