My rant, ermhh people

I went shopping today - not sure there's enough room on the Vine for my rants, but I'll start with;

Car Parking spaces that are only big enough to get small cars in.

People who wait so close to you that you can't actually get out of the bl**dy space that it took you two shunts to get in in the first place.

Ticket machines at opposite ends of the car park, I parked in the middle, and walked to the one that didn't work. (Yes, I know I need the exercise, thank you! )

Supermarket aisles that are too chuffing narrow, so it takes twice as long to get round.

Oh, yeah, our local (usually excellent) Sainsbugs, that stocks a thousand kinds of cheese, but no Mascarpone! What's that all about!?

My mother in law who insists on buying me Christmas presents despite me "NOT CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS".

What gives the DVLA the right to give my private information to third party parking companies?
Surely that is breaking confidentially or something!

Third Party Parking companies do not issue fines, they issue invoices - so unless they are council you do not have to pay.

My rant; that my usual bah humbuggy rants at shoppers is null and void - it was quieter today than I've ever seen, even on a non-festive shopping session.

Himself told me to get a PS3 game for one of our grandsons. He has just asked me if I made sure the game was for X box. The game has been bought, wrapped and sent and I am now unsure as to whether it will be the right one. Himself is a technophobe and I assumed at the time that he had asked my son. I haven't even got the enthusiasm to swear.
