My farmer neighbour who is lovely stopped by yesterday afternoon in his tractor and asked me if I wanted a tractor bucketfull of cack. Obviously I said yes, but asked him why now and not when he first saw me after I got back from work.
He didnt want to disturb my gathering of friends with a big pile of smelly stuff, so now, instead of having a group of willing helpers to move a huge pile of merde, I've got to bladdy well do it myself,

(If I knew how, I would insert one of them sarcastic smileys here)

Bladdy ASDA. Delivered over £100s worth of shopping and dropped the whole lot on the street outside. Smashed 6 bottles of wine and burst cans of beer all over. Dreadful attitude to clearing it up and now they've only delivered 3 bottles of wine as a replacement. Lettuce was covered in beer too, but who cares about the lettuce?!

My OH who won't be for much longer if he carries on gerry hat tricking (geriatric) everyday. There's always something stupid he does. Today because I was caught up with something else I asked him to plant my tray of brassicas, I took several different tray types up there. He has made cages to fit 12 plants, so I have sowed 12 of each type and they all come in one gravel tray of 12 pots. You with me so far!? Most are sown, just calabrese and a few odds and sods to find space for. So, by the man who built cages FOR 12 PLANTS OF EACH TYPE he goes and sows a mix of calabrese, cauli and cabbage! YOU STUPID STUPID **********
I have had to go to bed before I rip his head off! How can a seemingly well educated man find such an action remotely logical. Am I alone in thinking that this is not normal behaviour?

um...my rant....freecycle people who complain when I tell them they can't ask for sat navs or ds lites or spanking new technology, then e-mail me whenever some other greedy sh*te asks for them.

Yes, I've replied to their post to ask them not to post it again.
No, you cannot now ask for it just because some other dimwit can't read the rules, exactly like you can't.
Yes, if you e-mail me one more time I will make it my personal goal in life to find you, and tear you a new one you moronic halfwit.

I often mix my brassicas as they all mature in different timescales; just today I put kohl rabi in with cabbages; and I have cabbages in with onions.

My rant - I'm not complaining about the heat - but I might be going through the big MP and am having hot flushes each day as it is - so when I think 'oh,it's not really hot, just a hot flush' and then after 3 hours think 'erm - I'm going to faint now - it's far too hot'...but still the doctor won't test for the big MP as I'm too young...so by the time they test for it it will be all over and I'm just going to have to do it on my own with no advice or guidance or 'owt.

            Sigh.

I'm fine with this hobby ta until my third child gets involved. Why would you plant a mix in one cage leaving the rest of the calabrese on their own unplanted. Sorry but doesn't make sense, like cleaning his car with a brillo pad. I wouldn't do it. Common sense would tell me "no"! He opened the tomato tents today - two of out of four. The other two have sweaty tomatoes in, sigh...

if you are suffering premature ovarian failure & are under 45 you need to get onto HRT sooner rather than later to avoid the risk of osteoporosis.

No G4 deffo a bloke, but I am married to a Chief Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer (sounds posh ehh) in a Cytology department,so I do have a grasp on a lot of medical conditions that are more pertinent to women than blokes.
It should also be remembered that HRT does more than is immediately obvious, one of my dearest lady friends said she was perfectly capable of maintaining control of herself after the menopause, credit where it's due her personality did not change one iota, but (& there always is one) she ended up with a hunchback due to osteoporosis.

My rant .....Not so much a rant as a plea ..... Please ladies do go for regular checks, mammograms & smear tests can & do save lives.
