Building societies who put a retention on a mortgage even tho'
a) they've valued it at 5k more than its being bought for and therefore 12K more than is being borrowed and
b) the retention of 5K is a lot more than the 1K of work that needs doing (estimates have been received)

Fourth cold of the term ~ as soon as I start feeling better I catch another one. Plenty of vitamins, plenty of exercise & fresh air is of no use at all if you work with mucky little children who use their sleeve or my face as a hanky

If you want me to attend an event on time - you need to tell me that time, not rely on telepathy. And if some of my charges have medical needs, I need to a) know in advance and b) have supplies on hand. What is not good is to be left in a field with no supplies, map, back up, or phone signal

Restaurants that make you pay extra for veg! Sometimes up to 3-4 quid for a few mushrooms or beans!

How can they just serve a steak and get away with charging £25 brfore the veg!

They all seem to be at it.........we need that martinmoneysavingbloke to start a quest!
