Meeting the new Saturday doctor to talk about my depression ( a big, big, thing to gear myself up to do) and she was wonderful. I don't feel silly or like I'm a loony. She doesn't want to fill me with chemical coshes either. It'll be a long road, a bit of a crap trip, but the destination will be worth it.
