Having a job where once a week, you can work from home. Been hitting the phones all morning with the birds in the background and the sun shining into the office, and the radio on, and the bees buzzing - and the smell of the sweetpeas I picked the other day wafting around. Bleeding marvelous.

            What makes me happy?
Watering plants and seeing them mature.
Fly fishing and fly-tying with my son jack.
A cuddle from my beautiful wife and daughter
            My football team winning
Ooh I could go on for hours!
I've got lots of things that make me happy.... Maybe I should tell my face that!?

Taking the boy out for the final time before going back to work. He saw a pigeon on the road, as he does almost every day, and, as he does almost every day, he chased after it. Once again the pigeon flew off long before the old fella got anywhere near it. The look of total desolation at his abject failure always has me in fits of laughter.
