Daughter's continued interest in gardening - Plum tree bought and planted at the week end. She is so proud of it. I was directed to go into her garden last night to inspect the work.

Can't wait for the first plum crumble........ yum.

Harvesting chilli's?

Picking chilli's for tonight's dinner, that grew on the windowsill ,throughout the winter!
I am in Scotland !!!!!!!!!!!
They even have new flowers, so I will not have to buy any,and have not done for a year now. Considering we eat a lot of chillies, it's brilliant.

I like the fact that I still have a small bowl of last years tomatoes (Sungold) on my kitchen window sill.....ahhhh summer.....

very sad when my friend and lottie neighbour told me, last night that she's giving up her plot...she will still grow at home though...but very pleased she's told me to gather all I want before the end of the month...including a shed, just don't know if it will be possible to move.
