Camping - I blame Twosheds....

I thought I'd say a quick thanks for all of you who shared their fabulous advice before Mr P and I went camping.

It was fabulous. The tent went up, the gas cooker worked, I didn't forget anything thanks to the advice - especially a very detailed list recommended by Twosheds. The only problem was there was one item not on the list that I left behind........the bung for the inflatable bed. Happily Mr P managed to rig up a bung made from a kindly donated cork from Bob and some plastic bag-thing.
It's not the kind of mistake I'd make twice

I'm already taking provisional bookings (and am setting about building a stock of "easily forgettable things" such as THE BUNG FOR THE AIR BED!!!!!!!!!)

been there done that, daughter went with my neice and her OH and took the blow up, we went camping and lo and behold she had lost the stopper. OH slept on a very hard floor for the night till we could get one.
