      I breed rare poultry (Vorwerks and Barnevelders), I make cosmetics for presents (salves, soaps, bath scrubs, solid massage bars), I make preserves etc

      I also spend most of my summer preparing and entering things in local agricultural shows (eggs, hens, baking, jams etc)

      I've got 2 Boxer dogs as well....

      As Chris M says - work gets in the way of me doing all the above!!

          Now on a mission to preserve anything which doesn't get out of the way quick enough!

          Although just at the moment main hobby is recovering health and regrowing my hair - hence spending much more time on here!!!
          Life is too short for drama & petty things!

              I bake and decorate wedding and novelty celebration cakes.

              This is my most recent effort "Hello Kitty Cake".
              I also spend a lot of time laughing at the dogs on the beach. I also read, make jam, marmalade, pickles and chutney.

                OH says I'm "not like normal women".

                I make my own clothes, grow my own food ... make my own bread, chutneys and jams ... I don't have cats I have guinea pigs (cuddly, nice, vegetarian, don't eat little birds) and I've just started taking my parrot for walkies on her lead.

                    Ah, yes;

                    Puppy, Chickens, Geese, Horse, Land Rover, Bike (occasionally), and wasting hours and hours and hours on the internet, which includes regular visits to a certain well-known auction site...

                    I forgot Caravanning.

                    And Reading.

                            Scrapbooking, photography, card making, making jams etc., surfing the web and other occasional interests I used to 'do' dollshouses too, Bren but wrist and hand problems forced me to give it up. I used to make miniature 'wicker' style furniture.

                            ETA:as I signed out here to go to Ancestry, duh, how could I forget genealogy? My mum's family in Dorset & Essex and Hubby's in Sheffield and the hours and ££££s spent on research..............
