Aw shucks guys you're all way too kind....but am thinking they need someone who's worked somewhere like Tatton or any other proper place and not gleaned their gardening practice from the back garden and the lottie . Also most of what I know i've learnt from here anyway

You never know who else is applying- and you may well knock spots off them! Just be honest about your experience - and take some piccies to show what you've achieved so far and say you're willing to learn. You'd make a superb team leader too.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained and in all honesty, what's the worst they can say to you? No? honestly, I could give you loads of sayings, but will ask you to ask yourself just 1 question? "What have you got to lose except a lil time for applying?" If you do not try, you'll never know...
