I would do the following, though not necessarily in this order:
Pay off mortgage and help some of my family out.
Buy a Leica M9 plus all kit, plus all photographic things I wanted.
Buy my OH a completely re-vamped Ford Capri.
Buy a farm or large stately home and renovate it
Buy a property in Italy for the summer hols.
Invest in sustainable energy projects
Do some guerrilla land buying to stop large swaths of huge towner blocks and unwanted offices being built everywhere and instead make them small holdings or allotments
Set up a sponsorship scheme at the uni I went to, to help people like me afford to go.
Pay my son's uni debts off.
Buy a vinyard.

Been thinking about this one and:

1. Get an injunction to stop it breaking in the news (the idea totally freaks me out)
2. Give half to soon to be ex-husband (long story but it would prove a massive point for me)
3. Divide 20 mill between family and friends (20 in total, varying amounts)
4. Buy a habitable island (Greece or South UK)
5. Design and build an eco-earth ship / sustainable home & small holding on said Island
6. Buy a small olive grove and red farmhouse on a Greek Island if not already there
7. Choose 5 different 3rd word countries and donate 5 million pounds for water wells, education, food and medicine between them
8. Set up a UK based charity with 18 million for any UK Citizen who find themselves in real financial trouble.
9. leaves me with a cool 40 mill to use however I choose without guilt or worry
