I know but I can't train my eyes not to look at the vine clock.

Just be happy the time is right, years ago on the vine, the time was never correct!

I agree that stick to one notation or another, don't mix, but I still remember when the time was never right, so I am happy to put up with the confused notation

I have no memory of the original thread but seem to have made the same comment back then. Totally irrelevant to the thread but am shocked by my consistency for once

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Yes I noticed that you preferred the 12hr format back then...............nothing changes......

We use the 24 hour clock at work as we have to do paperwork every 30 minutes, so when it gets to the time of year when we work 12 hour shifts without the 24 hour clock you'd not know if it was day shift paperwork or night shift. At home I have digital clocks set to 24 hour timing, but still have several analogue clocks too. Converting one to the other is no problem. The more you use it the easier it gets.
