Bleh. Why did the local one to me have to shut down. Has been replaced with a B&M store now

Looks like I may have to make a trek into Cardiff. shriek!

I really haven't the space for fruit trees, but would they be ok in containers? If so I'd better get me skates on on Thursday.

According to Doobies today some are designed for containers - and if you leave figs in them it makes them more manageable...

I know nothing, but I can repeat stuff

I'm considering a tayberry for at home (the lotty gets raspberry beetle too badly for it to go up there) and I might get a red gooseberry for the school plot

                    thanks for the heads up

No, because of the raspberry beetle problem (I'm vegetarian ~ all my summer berries go straight into brine then the freezer cos of the maggots)

They were in the catalogue I looked through yesterday - of course I want to dash to Aldi's tomorrow and buy about 20 plants and I still don't have any ground to put anything in.

Cart Horse Before - something like that.

a - it's Thursday for the sale so hold off another day
b - get some Morrison buckets and some end of season compost and bung them in there until you do have space. Our Aldi trees are in them and the strongest will eventually go in the ground once prepped in Oct/Nov
