well, I can't help, but hope you do well. The only thin that I remember frm speaking to people is that 5 minutes can seem an eternity, so talk it out and time it to someone....which you've already been told anyway

Ok, the job's mine if I want it. Just need to look at finances, as it's a slight drop in salary, but better holiday and contractual hours. Sounds like more my kinda place.
