I am trying to keep a record of everything I harvest from the lottie.

I am now sure how to price fresh Borlotti beans as nowhere sells them. Plus I have weighed them in the pods, so should I price them as say runner beans of broads beans or something?

    Cheers muchly

Me and my mate have a management meeting and come to a compromise of the value of crops we harvest. Its what we would have pay if we were daft enough to pay supermarket prices..... hmmm not much help, eh?

There's a thread going on about turning a profit on Vegging Out Munch, but I didn't see borlotti beans, have you tried a search?

*goes off to plant more Borlotti beans

I think you can get them for less but for the purposes of favourable comparison...
