      Pick the sprouts off woman .. As a youngster, I remember being at my Granny's farm sitting help my uncle do that with bag after bag(56lbs) of golden wonder potatoes. He called it dressing the potatoes.
      At the very end of springtime just before the spuds went done, my granny would soak the spuds if they started to become a bit wrinkled. We've become too used to getting "perfect produce" from the supwermarkets where we can even buy single potatoes if a bag is too much <looks sideways at Steve>
