My arms are a little wobbly from lugging radiators and paint mixers about yesterday (re-organising one of our branches yesterday), but still perfectly functional in terms of hugability.

Shobna - things will all work out in the end I'm sure. I think you've made the right decision, and I think JeanieD has it right in that they'll be up to their armpits with admin at the moment. Fingers crossed anyway.
