                              • Mrs D I hope you get the position you have applied for. All of the stores are going through the same process as they have some staff in the wrong dept or at the wrong time of day. Unfortunatly some staff that have been with the company for years ( 10 plus and some over 25 yrs ) feel they are being asked to do the impossible, and are being made to feel inadequate. We are on a 30 day consultation period on the checkouts and I am hoping to come off working nights and change to evenings, but have taken a second job with a very strong view of leaving as I feel they have let some staff down.
Good luck with it and the benefits are great. Just dont fall into the trap that is set, once in hard to get out as the benefits sometimes out weigh the need to move on, and they then have a hold over you.
