What to do with Elderberries?

There are lots of recipes on here ~ dare I say "do a search?" Not these days, no. Actually it's easier to go to Google and type in 'grapevine' followed by what you're looking for. Eg, grapevine elderberry port

I made jam which was OK, but my favourite thing is elderberry port. Very nom

Made some pontack last year but still letting it mature so can't comment on the taste and haven't had any for years so can't really remember.

OH made the most gorgeous elderberry jam last year. I can definitely recommend it.
