I made Blackberry and Elderberry jam last year - was very nice. I can rustle up the recipe if you like?

            That would be lovely OWG.

There are lots of recipes on here ~ dare I say "do a search?" Not these days, no. Actually it's easier to go to Google and type in 'grapevine' followed by what you're looking for. Eg, grapevine elderberry port

I made jam which was OK, but my favourite thing is elderberry port. Very nom

Can't get any easier than stuffing them in a pie (with apples, blackberries, etc!)

I have to admit *insert shameful smiley* that I didn't know you could just eat them like berries.

Please don't try to eat them raw like berries.

Made some pontack last year but still letting it mature so can't comment on the taste and haven't had any for years so can't really remember.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
