I went on the RC Fish course on Thursday - what a fantastic day, from 10:00 - 18:00 (should have been 17:30 but dinner took a little longer) - would highly recommend it (will be looking to go on the bread or pig day next).

Hi FF, no the catch and cook has stopped, but throughout the day we prepared and ate (cooked some, but not all) sardines, mackerel,megrim,sea bass, squid,crab and scallops and also made some fresh choritzo to go with dinner. Alun apparently he ALWAYS pops in on the 4 day course (or at least thats what it says in the bumph).....hang on I wonder if it has anything to do with that course costing nearly a grand....
