In 2008 we celebrate our 100th Anniversary and we have been browsing through our treasury of early DTB catalogues (which date back to the 1930s) to see which seed varieties have stood the test of time.
Our founder, David Thompson Brown, was a canny Scot with a good eye for the up-and-coming varieties of his day and we still list many of the key varieties that are as popular now as they were in David's lifetime.
As part of our centenary celebrations we are offering some of these 'Founders Favourite' varieties at 1935 prices, equivalent to an average of 2p today!
