SWMBO has asked if I will source a manual meat mincer for her, thats not the problem.

The problem is that she has specified that it should cut coarse not fine mince for her pork pies. I have found out they come with different numbered plates but have no idea what number I should be looking for Not wanting to look a dork my first thought was to ask here.

The one I have has two mincing plates,one fine, one coarse. One of the best bits we bought for the kitchen.

Thats what SWMBO usually does cuts all her meats with a knife, but the old arthur rightious is starting to prove a pain literally.

Sweeny Todds pork pies were all hand minced!!!!!!!!

Spong Mincer!!! Ones with the suction cup base suit me better but they come with twisty things, clamps! too...Come with a fine and a coarse plate.
