                      too many packets of throat sweets i have a pack in my pocket that says "excessive consumption may cause laxitive effects" but it does not specify what excessive consumption is!!

                        liquorice
                        bananas (also strangely good for curing 'the runs' apparently)
                        prunes
                        dodgy seafood (also great for losing weight)
                        Turkish tap water (I'm sure there must be an importer somewhere on this isle - for medicinal purposes!)

                              Best help i have found without going to mad is nettle tea. A cup in the morning and one at night will keep the strongest bowels regular!!
